All you have to do is find the "Lottery Girl" in Prontera and ask her for your own lottery Pass. Once you have it, go and hunt your favorite monsters as they have a chance of dropping a random Lotto Ball. Get 6 different balls and bring them to the lottery Staff before 7:30PM to enter the drawing. You may then go back with your friends or sit down and wait for the results at 8:00PM!
